Many Malaysian players have experienced playing for a long time on a platform only to feel no different from a brand-new member. At rm89, that experience is entirely different. Our VIP Program is built on one simple principle: loyal members deserve more than just standard access.
Starting from Silver tier, every rm89 member can enjoy weekly cashback credited automatically — no forms to fill in, no need to contact support. Our system monitors your activity and calculates rewards in real time behind the scenes.
Cashback at rm89 is more than just a number on paper. It is real money credited directly to your account balance, usable to continue your gaming sessions or make a withdrawal (subject to the rollover requirements stated in the terms). Unlike some platforms that impose extremely strict rollover conditions, rm89 sets requirements that are fair and transparent.
One of the key benefits of being an rm89 VIP member is the ability to accumulate VIP points across all game categories — whether it's Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, or Fish Shooting Games. There's no restriction requiring you to play a specific category to qualify. You're free to play whatever you enjoy while steadily building your VIP tier.

All personal information and transactions are protected by high-standard encryption. rm89 does not share member data with any third party without your consent. Platinum and Diamond members at rm89 never have to wait in the general queue when they need assistance. You have access to a personal account manager who knows your account in depth. Reach them via the dedicated VIP live chat for fast, accurate responses.

Rm89 is committed to responsible gaming. While the VIP program offers a range of attractive benefits, we always encourage members to play within their means.
